Method of Shipment:
We use UPS Standard Ground or USPS wherever possible. If you would like to ship via Express please indicate this in the "Comments" section of the checkout process - Express shipping incures additional costs.

Most packages in your order can be tracked via our carriers' websites. It may take up to 1 business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website from the date your order is shipped. Order tracking is available for orders placed within the last 60 days.

Please note: 
High Tech and More does its best to ensure your delivery arrives on time. However, delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, including unforeseen delays.

For example, your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date you see in checkout for any of the following reasons:

• Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time
• Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address
• Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States
• Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance
• Delays due to problems with credit card authorization or check/money order reception and bank clearance

CD and DVD Return Policy
CDs and DVDs purchased from High Tech and More can be returned within 7-days of receipt of shipment . CDs and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Defective CDs and DVDs will be exchanged for the same CD or DVD title.
